To send a Secure Encrypted file to us simply follow these instructions:
- Enter your email address into the “From” box.
- Enter our Order number located on the top right of request letter we sent to you in the “Subject” box. If you are unable to locate the Order number then please enter the name of your location.
- You may enter any message to us in the “Message” box.
- Click on the “Choose File” button to locate the records you would like to send us on your computer. You may send up to 5 files at once.
- Click on “SendThisFile” button to send the file(s).

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recognizes electronic file transfer as a legitimate method of moving individual health records between medical personnel and medical facilities. The file transfer service provided here meets the electronic transmission requirements for these documents.
All data transmissions are protected using military grade 128-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
