Frank J. Crum grew up in a small Northern California farm town where the rule was simple: neighbors help neighbors. He’s carried that mindset ever since—starting nearly 40 years ago as a fieldman at a tomato cannery in Woodland, earning his degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and later his law degree from McGeorge School of Law.
After law school, Frank spent 15 years inside the insurance industry, learning its playbook from the inside. In 2005, he opened his own practice with a clear purpose: to use that knowledge to stand up for people and small businesses in his community.
